The author of these prayers is Larry Gaithe. He is a native of Louisiana, worked for Shell Oil Company as an Accounting Supervisor/Manager for 37+ years and retired in 2004. He is happily married to his wife Kathy and is the father of five daughters and eleven grandchildren.
In his retirement, he has volunteered as a Counselor at Cypress Assistance Ministries for eleven years helping provide needy clients with food, clothes, job opportunities and guidance in getting their lives back on track. From there he volunteered for a couple of years at Operation Interdependence providing “goodie packages” to service men and women assigned overseas to let them know they were not forgotten.
Being a deeply religious man, beginning in 2013, he started getting impressed with messages from the Holy Spirit that he began writing down so they could be shared with others. This site contains the “collection of prayers” Larry has received from his times of meditation and contemplation. His hope is that these prayers will help others in their prayer time.
