Hallelujah

O Wondrous Lord, I give thanks to You for all You have done for me.  I honor You because You are the Lord God omnipotent who reigns in my heart.  Because the word “Hallelujah” is an expression of thanks, I want to express my gratefulness for the things that You’ve freely done for me as Your child:

You have made me complete;

You have given me a new life;

You have freed me from the power of sin and death;

You keep fear and worry far from me;

You have given me Your mind which I can use to make good decisions;

You have given to me a peace that surpasses all understanding;

You have made me into a dwelling place for “the God Most High”;

You have given me a life filled with plenty;

You protect me from the fiery darts of my enemy;

You’ve enabled me to overcome the impossible with what is possible;

You have called me out of darkness into Your marvelous light;

You have made me Your child with an inheritance;

You have given me the measure of faith which has provided me with a way to become a “believer”;

You have empowered me to become a doer of Your Word;

You have made me a conqueror and an overcomer;

You have shined Your light into my darkness showing me the way I must go;

And, through Your mercy, I have been forgiven of all of my sins.

For these things and so many more, I give You thanks and shout Hallelujah!!  And it’s in Jesus’ name I pray.  AMEN!!

Psalm 105:1 Give thanks to the Lord, call upon His name; make known among the nations all that He has done.
